I’ve spent 23 years in the business, starting out as a fitness instructor, working on cruise liners and then into gym management. Since 2000 I’ve been a personal trainer and running group fitness sessions. From spinbox to HIIT, boxercise to Bokwa, I’ve tried and taught countless classes. Some of my clients have been with me for over 18 years. I love having an impact on people’s lives. Not just in terms of fitness, but also inspiring and helping people to achieve things they never thought they could.
I’m a working mum, with two sons aged 11 and 12, and live in Harrogate, North Yorkshire.
